Delete your account
Permanently delete your iofill account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile and sign-in credentials
- Your pantry inventory, receipts, and shopping lists
- Your deal matches, savings history, and preferences
- Your household membership and subscription record
Data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. If you want a copy first, export your data from Settings → Profile in the app or on the web before deleting.
Delete from the app
In the iOS or Android app, open Settings → Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.
Delete on the web
A note about subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop billing, also cancel the subscription in your device’s account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions).
